Manufacturing Reports
These reports are specific to the Manufacturing Module.
BOM Table Report
The report allows you to print or display a list of BOM tables set up in your system. The BOM Table defines the internal processes and miscellaneous charges which go together with the component list to make up the total of the RG or RS item(s) assembly. Work centers from the BOM Table are used to create the “Bill of Labor” or “Process Routing” portion of the Bill of Material.
Keypoints:
- Provide BOM Table details including setup and capacity planning.
Available sort options and benefits:
- Select to print for All, Selected or Range of BOM Table ID’s.
- Save report formats.
Component Master Report
The report allows you to print or display a list of component masters set up in your system. Components are non-sellable items used in processing bill of materials.
Keypoints:
- Provide component details including inventory setup, cost and available vendor resources.
Available sort options and benefits:
- Select to print for All, Selected or Range of Component Items.
- Save report formats.
Component Utilization Report
This report will display or prints all items whose bill of material contain the selected components, items or BOM tables.
Keypoints:
- Provide cross-reference of common component utilization among produced items.
- Can be used to verify bill of materials that may be impacted by a change in component usage due to external changes (no longer available, rate increase notifications etc…)

- Select to print for All, Selected or Range of BOM Items/components or BOM Table ID’s.

Material Scheduling Report
Provides a comprehensive report and interactive material tracking and scheduling tool.
Keypoints:
- Use to identify production status problems due to insufficient inventory or labor capacity.
- Editing can be completed to allow reporting of picked inventory and movement of inventory from work center to work center.
- Editing to re-route or adjust material requirements to high priority production items.
Available sort options and benefits:
- Ability to release previously held items, include incoming purchase orders into the schedule, or print for only items where there are material shortages for analysis.
- Provide several report tools include allocation, pick ticket and produced item reporting from a single application.
- Save report formats.
Production Orders Report
Provides a list of internal productions orders (replenish stock) issued and their current status.
Keypoints:
- Use for tracking open productions orders by user-defined date range.
- Can be used to check status of production orders (open, completed or deleted).
- Review production orders to be completed based on user-defined due dates.
Available sort options and benefits:
- Select to print for only All, Open or Deleted production order statuses.
- Sort by production order number, item number or due date.
- Save report formats.
Work Center Scheduling Report
This option provides displays of labor backlog, allows reschedule and completion of maintenance and printing of work center schedule reports.
Keypoints:
- By using the work center capacity display you may analyze outstanding labor hours by due date and see an accumulated over or under capacity.
- Lower priority jobs may be re-scheduled within the day or put on hold.
- You may mark a labor step complete in this step or hold it from schedules.
- You may print work center scheduling reports, which can be given to the workers.
- The work center report has blank fields for feedback from the shop floor, that can be used to hold or complete jobs for the next day.

- Sort options include work center, setup group id and/or due date.
- Selections include order #, work center, setup group id and/or due date.
- Graph capabilities for Work Center Load, Utilization and Idle Time.
- Save report formats.
Work in Progress Report
This option provides reporting of items that have been updated as picked (moved into the production cycle). This helps to analyze store stock levels (item currently not picked) and identify potentially low stock items that may need to be purchased.
Keypoints:
- Identify inventory shortages by analyzing items that may need to be purchased when they have exceeded the below minimum quantities.
- Analyze on hand with sub-analysis of what is currently in stores inventory vs. work in process.
- Analyze by specific items, programs, item types what is currently in the production cycle.
